Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being handed to our shipping partner. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order dispatches. You can also check your order status anytime through your account.
International orders
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. Customers outside these regions can contact us to check availability.
Delivery issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact our team right away and we will sort out a replacement or refund.
