Do you ship overseas?
Currently we ship within Australia only. We're working on expanding to other regions soon.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days across Australia, with tracking provided as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can usually make changes before an order ships, but can't guarantee it once it's already on its way.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Every device comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, contact us for a full refund within that window.
Do your devices come with a warranty?
Yes, every LumaFox device includes a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Using Your Device
How often should I use my device?
Most people see the best results with daily or 5x per week sessions of around 10 minutes, positioned 15-20cm from the device.
Is red light therapy safe?
Yes. Red and near-infrared light contain no UV and have an excellent safety profile, though we recommend checking with a doctor first if you are pregnant, on photosensitizing medication, or have a history of skin cancer.
